Torre delle Stelle

Founded in the late 60s, the tourist village Torre delle Stelle is located about 35 Km from Cagliari (35 minutes by car) and 19 Km from Villasimius on the south-east coast of Sardinia. Inhabited all year round by about one hundred residents, it comes alive mainly in the hot months and in the middle and low season it gives its best
becoming a paradise of colours and scents, where the voices of nature reign supreme. Due to its particular position, Torre delle Stelle can boast the longest summer of the whole island, located in the coastal area of the municipalities of Maracalagonis and Sinnai.

How to get there

Torre delle Stelle is about 40 km from Cagliari Airport (Elmas), the arrival point of many Low Cost flights from all over Europe. If you arrive by car, you have to follow the signs for Villasimius and drive along the coastal road of great naturalistic value and with views of beautiful bays and beaches, such as “Pintau beach”. If you decide to reach Torre delle Stelle by bus (ARST), from the airport there is a shuttle bus that takes you directly to Cagliari, at the Railway Station, where you can take the bus to Torre delle Stelle that stops right at the entrance.

The cost of the bus ride is about 5,00 €, while the taxi ride is about 75,00 €.
